At The Outdoor Squad, we’ve been bringing people together outdoors since 2015, helping everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes build strength, reduce stress, and connect with a genuine community. Our boot camps and personal training programs are designed to challenge you, but also to support you every step of the way.

I was recommended to join the Outdoor Squad after years of trying to find a rhythm and the right fit with training. I immediately felt comfortable here, it wasn't intimidating at all to join this crew. The sessions are fun, you can go at your own pace, and the people participating are inclusive and supportive. Nick takes time to help correct form and encourage you along the way, highly recommend! :)

You can sit at the gym pretending you are working out, or you can do it properly and do it well. Do yourself a favour. Nick is a superb instructor. He knows his shit and he makes it enjoyable. A rare find indeed. Highly recommend.
